Nomusa is a vibrant, happy-go-lucky 40-year-old mother of three whose joyful spirit brings light to her workplace. Originally from Mandeni, Nomusa made the decision to build a new life in Verulam with her children, where they now live together with her incredible and supportive parents. Deeply family-oriented, Nomusa’s love for her family is at the center of her life. “My mum is very special to me, and I believe that supporting my family is very important,” she says. “My family are very warm and caring, and I always feel peace when I am with them.”Nomusa’s passion for her work shines through in everything she does. She takes great pride in her role as a spinner, motivated by the knowledge that her hands are helping create high-quality products. “I love spinning because I know we are going to make very good quality products,” she explains. “I am a proud spinner, and I love my job. I’m always happy doing my job.” A natural collaborator, Nomusa thrives in a team environment. “I love working with my colleagues. We always share ideas. If something goes wrong, we always sit together and find solutions.”
