Bring your vision to life by brainstorming your perfect rug with us. Our interior and graphic designers refine your ideas into a beautifully detailed, production-ready design. From there, your bespoke piece is expertly crafted and delivered to your space.
Our Process
Step 1: Client Consult and Brainstorm
At LWI, we prioritize a client-centric approach throughout the entire process. It begins with a meeting where we engage with clients to understand their interests and preferences. This initial consultation allows us to delve into our high-quality products, ensuring that your order is not just a transaction but a personalized experience tailored to you.
Step 2: Interior Designers Sketch
This phase includes research and intuition—tapping into the industry to spearhead the trend. Our interior designers use industry-standard techniques to mingle exciting patterns, elaborate shapes, and decide on color. Our Interior Designers then ‘explode’ the design so our weavers can execute it using the drawing as a blueprint.
Step 3: Graphic Designer Digitize and Final Approval
Our digitizing phase includes the drawings led by our Interior Design team. We then request approval to proceed with your order and submit an invoice for payment.
Step 4: Production
Once our order is confirmed, our spinners will go to work spinning our natural fibers in the sizes of yarn your project requires. If necessary, your yarns are hand-dyed to the requested Pantone color. Then, our weavers go to work weaving your rug by hand.
Step 5: Deliver
We use reputable couriers instructed to take the utmost precautions when delivering your handmade LWI product.
