Sandbank is a handwoven mohair rug from our Modern Collection, crafted on a foundation of Etosha Karakul from our Texture Collection. This natural fibre area rug highlights the distinctive bouclé character of mohair, where naturally curled fibres are spun into the yarn to create a soft, looped surface with subtle dimension and tactile depth.

The base in Etosha Karakul establishes a calm, textural field, while Medium Grey Karakul stripes introduce a clean, architectural structure to the composition. The remainder of the pattern is expressed in Bushveld Tan, adding warm tonal variation that integrates naturally into the textured foundation. This balanced interplay of geometry and natural colour creates a refined visual rhythm suited to modern interiors.
