Meet Nosihle Wendy Dlamini

Nosihle Wendy Dlamini is a dedicated and God-fearing woman who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of community to her work. Born and raised in Ntuzuma, Nosihle is the youngest of six siblings and continues to live in a close-knit household with her mother and daughter—her deep family values grounding everything she does.After completing her matric in 2008 at Christian High School in central Durban, Nosihle pursued a course in administration at Elangeni College in KwaMashu, where she completed one year of study. Her natural organisational abilities and passion for learning have proven invaluable throughout her professional journey. Nosihle is also a woman of many talents and interests. She has a deep love for music and cooking, often spending her free time singing or preparing hearty meals for her loved ones. More recently, she has developed a growing passion for spinning yarn—an activity she finds both creatively fulfilling and personally enriching.“I love spinning because of the types of yarn I work with,” she shares.“There are challenges, but I appreciate them because they teach me new things.” Nosihle also values her work environment and the camaraderie she experiences every day. “I particularly love working here with everyone because we work as a team and we always listen to each other,” she says.
