Meet Happiness Ncayiyama

Happiness Ncayiyama is a 36-year-old team member originally from Harding. She holds a qualification in security and brings a strong sense of discipline to everything she does. Now living in Overport with her beloved son, Happiness balances motherhood with her professional responsibilities with grace and determination. Growing up in a strict yet loving household alongside her four siblings, Happiness values the principles of respect, love, and honour-qualities that are deeply rooted in her personality and reflected in her work ethic. She cherishes time spent with her family and considers home to be her safeplace. A passionate spinner, Happiness finds deep meaning in her role. “Spinning is the first process, so when I see the finished product, I realise it came from my hands and I feel proud of the work I do,” she explains.
